Doug Hargrove, Chief Marketing Officer, Joins the IRF Round Table Torex Solutions Showcased at Booth #A5
MUMBAI, INDIA – 16th September, 2008 – Torex Retail Holdings Limited (Torex™), the leading global provider of innovative, integrated technology solutions to the extended retail marketplace, is pleased to announce that Doug Hargrove, Chief Marketing Officer will take part in the round table event entitled “Where is the opportunity?” as International observer. The discussion taking place on Tuesday 16th September promises to be a lively event discussing how shopping behavior changes in times like these and how consumers react as the economy rebounds.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Hargrove is responsible for the Torex go-to-market strategy whilst ensuring that the Torex proposition is both in line with market requirements and also a reflection of the market’s business drivers. Hargrove develops the solutions strategy by overlaying customer’s specific needs with market data and a deep knowledge of the marketplace.
Hargrove has more than 20 years experience in retail, having held positions with well-known UK High Street names and with the software providers who supply solutions to the retail market. During the panel discussion Hargrove will draw on that experience to share with the panel and audience his knowledge of how technology can help to enhance and improve the customer experience and differentiate the retailer from the competition.
